Good Evening,
Tomorrow morning, I am going into the GMTV NI News studios in order to record a brief interview outlining the purposes and history of IrishSlang.info.
The interview will be aired soon after this, during the morning news broadcast. I am currently unsure of the actual air time, but I will keep everyone informed.
After the interview is aired, the video will be placed into our videos section.
Watch this space
Sincerely

Hello there again,
Its Ned here, once again the website seems to have been developed quite a long way since my last post in the Horsebox! We now have quite a large directory of slang terms submitted by all of you, and I would like to thank everyone who has taken part.
I would also like to thank Keith Law, who has kindly developed a list of Audio Samples of exactly how we speak, you can get to this by going to the "Audio" section of the website. As promised before, the new age restriction has been placed onto certain categories to protect those innocent young minds.
So, that’s about it, until next time.
Kind Regards
Ned The Horse

Hello everyone,
Might I just say, welcome and thank you everyone who has helped give the site a boost over the last few days, in particular tonight, or last night as it is now the wee hours of the morning! We have had a significant amount of new submissions to the website, and quite a few number of new site members.
Let's keep up the good work guys!
Have a good day

Hello again,
This week not a whole lot has been done, Barry has spent some time developing video clips for the website, these will be available in the next few weeks. These clips include well known celebrities such as Colin Murphy, Jake O'Kane, Keith Law & Keith Farnan! Hopefully over the next few weeks we will have even more names associated with IrishSlang.info!
Aswell as that, we have begun development of our shop. So far there are a few products available for viewing, but not for purchase. Keep checking back for more information!
Well, thats it I suppose!
Until next time, have a good day

Hello everyone!
Well, what can I say? the website has really taken of, with 150 genuine site members in such a short space of time, I cannot be prouder. The website currently has over 550 unique slang terms which have been submitted by our members. Lets keep this going, lets try and create the most comprehensive dictionary of Irish terms. Not all terms have to be funny! even household terms are welcome on the site! If you have any difficulty in using the website, or don't quite fully understand the process for submitted new slang terms, do not fret! very shortly a help guide will be developed and put online for all to see. Well, thats it for now.

I intend to keep this update short and sweet. We have been asked to do an interview for the Sun Newspaper, tomorrow morning a photographer will be coming to photograph myself and Ned, yes, Ned is actually a real horse believe it or not! You can see him being interviewed by myself on the new "Guide" web page located here;
http://irishslang.info/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=678&Itemid=50
But anyway, back to the Sun newspaper. Or, the Irish Sun I should say. On thursday morning be sure to buy the Irish Son because IrishSlang.info will have an article, it shouldnt be hard to miss!
When you read it, be sure to send feedback on the forum!
Kind Regards
