A different word for up, used for supporting teams/people/etc. usually with the word 'the' afterwards if it's somebody's name. Examples: "Scup the (person's name)!", "Scup Louth!"
A tight or miserly person who wouldn't want to part with there money.. can also refer to a quite and reserved person or in other slang terms, a 'dry' person
