To challange someone to a fight in the cbs PRIMARY (Green Street (yes it's actually called that) Wexford Town) - most usually or pacifically (specifically) in "Harvey's" field - the old soccer pitch across the road from the school. The Foundary was a factory in Waterford where everyone's grandfather used to work. It was located down by the kay river. They used to pronounce it in this way due to the peculiar gutteral r sound of the old Waterford accent.
